The personal data we process are identifying in nature and have been provided by the User through the completion of the contact form, the sending of emails, or the use of the features offered on the website.

Use of the contact sections, forms, and/or features offered on the Portal is voluntary. However, completion of certain fields of the form or provision of data through other functionalities is necessary to properly address and manage your request. Refusal by the User to provide the required information will prevent the Controller from handling it properly.

The User guarantees that the data they provide are true, accurate, and complete. Data will be canceled, deleted, or blocked when they are inaccurate, incomplete, or no longer necessary or relevant for their purpose in accordance with current legislation. 5. PROTECTION OF MINORS’ DATA

According to the GDPR and LOPDGDD, only individuals over the age of 14 may lawfully give consent for the processing of their personal data. Only those over the age of 14 may provide personal data on this website. In the case of minors under 14, parental or guardian consent will be mandatory in order to process their personal data.


6. RETENTION PERIODS FOR PERSONAL DATA

Personal data will be treated as confidential by the Controller, who undertakes to inform and guarantee, through legal or contractual obligations, that such confidentiality is respected by its employees, associates, and any person to whom the information is made accessible.


8. TRANSFERS AND RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be disclosed in cases legally required, for example, to Public Administrations for compliance with obligations directly enforceable on the Controller, or when necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing indicated above or to provide strictly necessary services for the development of the activity.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

The User has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal data concerning them.
